Saturday was GREAT! I got a little goosebumpy when I realized we was at a PROPER rave for adults with the sweet sounds of Jungle music bumpin' at 178 BPMs in BOTH ROOMS! Back and forth jungle to DnB back to Jungle, with just a little dubstep peppered in for good measure.
I wish it could always be that way. This needs to be a monthly with all local crews getting together in this way. We're the ones holdin it down locally in LA doin' it for the love of the sound over all else.
I love LA is hittin' it with the daytime vibe, but BOB's night was the underground nighttime vibe that is so sought after by the many numbers in attendance last Saturday.
The bartenders were on point, the lighting was super grimey-ravey, the tuneage- man, every DJ knew what was up!

saturday was dope... a perfect way to end the 4th. Mr.Kind had the sound on point... the lighting was perfect in both rooms... bar was on point too. The tune selections were really good all nite.. I liked how the 2 rooms were never playing the same ish as each other, so many styles and flavors represented and rolled up into 1 nite of jungle/DnB
I definetly agree with Marshall this needs to be a monthly
big up all the cali jungle crews and ofcourse Bob and crew for throw'n another quality underground event... next stop the boomstick this weekend. |
