Any one ever order from Redeye??

Does your vinyl usually come in the regular mail? I order from them all the time but I never really bothered to check. *shrugs* It's been 2 f**king weeks man!
Usually only takes about 4 days. I'm getting impatient. Anyone?

ya i used to order from red eye. Ya they use regular mail. And i stopped ordering from red eye cuz they ripped me off. Sent the records to the wrong address twice, then said it was my problem

Oh I wont tolerate that s**t. Usually goes pretty smooth. If they come at me like that I'll action,......of some sort. lol.

the one time i ordered from redeye they lagged 2+ weeks which sucked cause i wanted some of those tunes for some gigs i had.

i normally order from BBS now, ive never had a problem with them

Ya it comes in the mail....Trust i tried to go after them, but how you gonna go after someone in a completly different country? If you figure it out, you better let my ass know i want my damn money back!!!!

btw the 2 week lag you guys were talking about was probally around the time when the mail system was compromised (when sars and all that anthrax s**t was goin on ) and everything had to be checked for customs, which really f**ked up everything for awhile.... it was like a year or two ago. right?

after that, i never had any problems. evar

how long does it normally take? I just placed my first order with them yesterday. Tom seemed like a stand up guy when he emailed me since I mistyped my own email address and never got my order conf. *shrug*

For reals man I'm about to call them up. This is a really big order tons of DnB and Dubstep. I even bought some of that fast breaks s**t. (lol I'm expanding my horizons man) In an e-mail he said they went out on time...etc... The ## doesn't work. I'm concerned.....in a nonchalant casual sort of way.

well for a company that does alot of mail orders....you would think they would double check all the address information i gave them......I think i forgot to put the zip code in or something. But they sent out my order twice...didnt bother to double check the address the second time and supposidly sent it out.

Never had any real problems with red-eye.
My mom otrders the mother load at my birthday and its come in just fine.

yea, for me it was sometime last year, not sure exactlly when tho but you may be right about why they lagged. i remember i told whiz about the lag and he was surprised.

i just really like BBS for their customer service and i can choose if i want my tunes regular mail, 3-2 or next day mailing, depending on when i need the tunes by.

The reason I asked if it comes in the regular mail was coz now that the mail already came, I've given up hope for today.. Fuck that s**t,..I got a sixer of Heineken and a blunt rap on the way home from work thinking this was the day wtf!

Ordered from there plenty. Never had a problem - although it did lag once for about two weeks - last December - when it was around the holidays (same time as Circuit).

If I order on a Wednesday, it usually comes by next Tuesday, sometimes a little earlier, ocassionally a tad later.

it usually takes 7 days from the day you ordered if you ordered on a tuesday or thursday morning.. i have never had any problems with them..

I like Chemical a little more. Ordered from them on Thursday, got them Wednesday. Plus they carries tons of other genres

NEVER, EVER had ANY issues with them. Hope all is well with your order.

I couldnt even tell you how many times ive ordered from them. I usually always have the orders sent to my work though instead of home. That way you know you'll get them the first day they show up.

You might want to check with you local postoffice to see if they have your order there waiting there for you. I've had to go through that a bunch of times, hence me sending all my orders to my work address.

Let us know how it turns out.

ive been ordering from them since I can remember. Ive never really had a problem, Ive had them come very quickly and sometimes they lag. They usually have a grip of tunes that other sites dont have yet. BBS is pretty dope too. Dara's the man. A terrible site is HMV. those guys suck a fat one.

I personally like Chemical Records better been with them for 5 years now and only had one problem.

I addressed it wrong and it got sent all the way back but I contacted them and they just waited for it to come back then resent it out to me took about a month though all together lol. But the mistake was mine not theirs.

What I feel is good sometimes is have it address to your work then they show up during business hours and you get your stuff for sures cause sometimes triky roads and adresses mess online record stores up.

i used to use them pretty much exclusively, they 'misplaced' an order of mine once and i let it slide cuz they let me pick out some other records cuz the ones i wanted were already gone, but the shipping always seemed to take around a month or a month and a half for me so i switched to boomkat even tho their prices are a bit more. boomkat comes in like a week or so. and i like their website a lot better. ive heard that a lot of people have NO problems with redeye and honestly i dont really either, i just want my tunes fast and being able to browse by label and by what other customers bought is a great help.

when i used to use redeye i had no problems with them...now i just by from CSL in SD..no problems their either
