wanna live next to Blaze and Pawney?
Act fast! my neighbor just moved out and the landlord is looking.

its a 6 unit 3 story building (2 units per level...and the person on our floor has moved.
seriously out of all the units no ones really home but us.
same model apt as ours if you seen it.
1920's art deco
buffet serving bar with glass window cabinet storage (we use as a bar)
980square foot
Merphy bed (behind it is a dressing room with built in vanity)
one bedroom
old style bathtub
dining room is seperate of living room
about 11 windows with cross breeze
TONS of storage
you'd share a fire escape w us (we have a table and chairs set up for smoking)
plus a huge back yard that 2 bldg share and no one uses. come summer we are throwing a dubstep/DnB bbq
2 blocks from downtown pine st
1 Block from the metro
3 blocks form shoreline village
also there is a buss called the passport that can take you for free around LB
seriously this place is really big- spacious and very charming.
we would want some responsible friends in here not someone lame that we don't know.
