I haven't really been listening to much dnb recently, and I feel bad about that. So this is a call for mixes for the dave. Post up your links in this thread (downloadable only) so I can grab your mixes and give them a listen. Dnb and dubstep is cool with me. Tracklistings would be nice.

Take a listen to MC XYZ's original Back 2 Back Session, a mix that sparked a phenomenom and catapulted the careers of rising dj's Circuit and Whizard. Not only did this mix help spread the pair's sound to thousands of new listeners, but it also cemented them as a formidable duo. Since their initial project together, Whizard and Circuit went on to launch their own series of Back 2 Back mixes (Studio Gangsters), a line of successful one-off parties (Face Off/Take Me Back 2 LA), and a score of live Back 2 Back sets, with requests for them to perform all over the nation.

Since this time, XYZ has dropped a dozen Back 2 Back volumes, continued a hectic tour schedule that finds him criss-crossing the country at fever pace, and recording vocals for original tracks by cutting edge prodcuers like Infiltrata, Devoe, and many more.

Maximum Moves is back at it again and ready to take you on a journey. With Volume One we gave you a little taste of something different introducing a dj/mc combination, with DJ DipVertigo flowing both spoken and sung vocals back to back MC J-TEC. Volume One covered a wide variety of styles within drum n bass from liquid to the darker side with double drops galore. Now with Volume 2 on 3 Journey to a Special Place, Dip's added a third deck, bringing even more double drops, triple-drops, vocal samples, bassline samples and his newly discovered maximum drops, making it possible to bust 40 records in 75 minutes seamlessly. MC J-TEC also ups his game using double the amount of vocals, including an X-MEN flow on Mutants, which includes many of the names of the original Marvel characters, and a tracklist flow over Special Place, using the titles of every track used in the mix to create a story without missing a beat. Regardless on your opinion of MCs in drum n bass I think most will agree (and many will request) that when a DJ and MC consistently perform and play together it makes for a more professional showcase and as one of the top SoCal DJ/MC duos, Maximum Moves does this and beyond. Dip Vertigo (DJ) and J-Tec (MC) bring a dancefloor rinsin' set to volume 22 of the back2back series.
