LA record stores with dnb vinyl: where they be at?
whuz up junglists?
I'm wondering if I can get any leads for record stores in Los Angeles that carry DnB. I get a lot of my stuff from Amoeba, but there, you can't really listen and preview the records. So it's a crap shoot. I also was thinking of the Temple of Boom store, but after calling their disconnected phone number, I assumed they're no longer in business.
Otherwise, I've been buying my records online from redeye.
Let me know where I can get some good records and new dubplates in LA. I know buying online is probably the most efficient way, but I'm sort of old-fashioned and love digging for vinyl.

yuup! GROOVE RIDERS&DR FREECLOUDS... probably the last two spots that you can actually go and listen to vinyl, AMOEBA.... you need to know what your looking for.... other than that AMOEBA is for the gamblin man. |

not trying to be that old guy(but im totally going to do it..) but i remember when you could just go over to melrose and listen to records all day.
in fact.....what was that spot in long beach years ago? i think dj sean rubio( that guy still around?) worked there you could....aww forget it....get scratch or some crap....stop playing with big plastic cds you jerk! |

No more Jungle at Rhino, well a lil' mostly used or mainstream. They are going to focus on "Indy" dance music, and Hipster dance music, whatever that means. New Electronic music buyer, with different tastes. Rachel(old Buyer) was/is the s**t, she alone is responsible for all the dope tunes coming out of that shop, people would tell me that we had doubles of tunes in stock that eurodistributers were long time sold out of. I bought my first vinyl there, sad to see it go really. Please people, Support your Local VINYL shops.
* They do put s**t on three day holds and have some nice used Stuff so Call em. And tell them More Jungle PLEASE.
