I'm pretty up on just about anything that goes up in LA and I know just about any writer that gets up or does any work worth looking at in california..
so just because the title claims it to be so doesn't necesarily make it true.

yes I took the time to watch the video. that is why I am asking... I have been an active member of the LA graffiti community since the early 1990's you can ask anyone on here that knows me and they will vouch for my time and experince with in the graffiti world. I have traveled all around the USA and europe painting in various major cities along the way. I have painted with just about every top dog that is still active. from saber to ewok to revok to vyal, etc.. I am up on my game . I am also a moderator for www.50mmlosangels.com the definitive LA graffiti website. I am up on my graffiti game like you wouldn't believe... all that being said I have never heard of, or seen any work from those writers or their respective crews anywhere in southern cali or even on any graffiti gallery or web forum.
I think my question is a valid one, either these cats are not from L A or they have some obscure place where they have been hiding from the rest of the graffiti community. this is the first time I have ever heard of these cats, so i am questioning the accuracy of the information provided...
so basiclly what I am saying is please don't patrnize me with smart ass answers to my question.. if anyone has any real input, like a link to some other photos of their work, please be doll and post that link. thanks.

yea well piston22 one of them fools is actually from la and the others are from indio and new mexico. but real talk i dont give a s**t about the graffiti polictics and im pretty sure they dont neither. i know the graffiti culture goes deep then a muthaf**ka ,but honestly if they just started yesterday they did the got damn thang. 1

well to set the record straight I wasn't trying to hate or poopoo their work but I did hard it find to believe that they were from LA and I had not head of them considering the calibre of the work. I was asking for links so I could peep more of it. |

ill be diplomatic for the pc'ers. To clarify Piston was just asking about these guys because it was quality work from a source that was unknown. It would be like if you heard a mix from a new la dj that you had never heard of, and it exceeded expectations, you would want to know why you hadnt heard of this particular dj reppin LA. I think piston was admiring the fact that the quality of work well exceeded their low pro reputation. when you find someting interesting, you always want to know more, the thing with graffiti is that it is like the jungle scene, everyone knows everyone. |
