I've got the experience Kelly (LO, title/escrow, underwriting, processing, etc.), but i'm pretty content with struggling my freakin' ass off trying to close loans on the daily. Haha. Damn this market of ours.

I work for union bank and a small mortgage company Pacificwest mortgage. Im processing a few new home purchases, not much on the refi side. 30 loans is pretty good. are you flipping the loans every 4 months or what  |

Ames Finance. A small broker shop in Huntington Beach (literally 500 steps away from my house, ha) It's goin alright...could be worse, could be alot better. I'm surviving. Best of luck finding your assistant. =) Escrow is a good business to be in.

even on the escrow side 30 loans a month is pretty damn good right now.
anyone lookin' to get into this would be steppin' into a good company if he's handlin' that many a month. |
