What's going down? You are about to find out!!!
Hello everyone.
I've been hiding in the studio for the past few months, but I have some bits of cool news to report.
1. Project Fifty One is releasing an exciting new double CD entitled "Autopsy".
This huge project features loads of new music & P51 classics from Gridlok, Shy FX, Pendulum, The Upbeats, Hive, Gener8, Jo'B of LA Riots, Tech Itch & Dieselboy, among LOADS of other artists.
The first CD will consist of an amazing DJ mix from none other than the Don of American D&B: AK1200
The second disc is unmixed, and contains loads of great unreleased stuff from many of the artists above. (self plug: This includes our (myself & Jo'B from LA RIOTS) collaboration with George Clinton for those of you curious to hear it)
On top of all that, there will be stems from Gridlok's massive "LABRAT". This is great for those of you who are curious as to what Gridlok's Bass & Drums sound like split up! This also means that you can use these stems in your own productions. We just ask that you let us know when you use them, we wanna hear what you are doing!

2. Moving on from there, Gridlok & I have collaborated on a single for Total Science's legendary CIA Recordings. The "A" side is Gridlok's "The Media Is A Joke". If you haven't heard it yet, you will, and you will know it when you do. "LEEEAVEE HER ALLOOONNEEE!"
The "AA" side is "Snap The Whip" which sounds like Gridlok & I on a Jungle Exploration Mission. "That's why they call it the Jungle, Sweetheart" Support from Andy C, Dieselboy, AK1200, among loads of others.

My collaboration with Reid Speed is progressing swimmingly, expect two great new bootlegs on the blogs some time in the next few weeks.

3. I'm currently in the studio working on a soundtrack for Sony Screen Gems, this is my first scoring gig, and I'm very excited to be working with some world-class musicians on this project. The score is being headed up by a former member of Nine Inch Nails, so don't expect a feel-good John Williams score.... More details to come.
4. Last but certainly not least, Armanni Reign & I returning to work on our collaboration project. The first piece we've made together "White Christmas" is making the rounds now, but expect more very soon!
