Moving to Barcelona for a year.
hey yalls,
I'm studying abroad at the University of Barcelona for a year and was wondering if you guys got any good tips for the city. I dj/mc and am down for anything. Looking for good spots to party, live, eat, drink, smoke or watevas.
I know there's a lot of really well traveled people on this site, so don't be shy to hook it up with some good info.

When r u moving? About 50km north of Barcelona is a week long drum and bass massive called innovation. I totally reccomend if you out in spain during the 25th of june through 1 of july. They have every u would want to see. I hav been three times. Barcelone is dope I love it there. There are too many things to tell you so I choose that one. |

Lucky you man.. From what I hear there is plenty of jungle/DnB in spain... I know a dope dubwise ragga jungle producer/dj that goes by Mooncat lives in spain.. and Terry T., DJ Souljah, & Tenor Fly often get booked in spain too.
They really like the dubby ragga influenced sounds over there from what I hear.... |

Sangria, pallea, and Jamon Serrano. Do not go and se a bull fight. Although it sounds great. I thought it would too. It made me sick to watch it. If you care for animals just a little bit. i do not reccomed it. Not to anyone at all. |

yes, i just heard that exact same thing from a friend who got back from spain.
do not go see a bull fight. they kill the bulls at the end, right in front of you - and if they don't do it right, it could go on for a long time.
do not recommend.

hey thanks everyone! i'm way excited. I won't be able to make it for innovation, but I'll hit it up next summer. I love bcee and would definately like to link up or just go to a show. I won't go to a bull fight, cus I'm gonna be spending all my money on beer and futbol tickets. Also I just saw that TC is playing in Barca Nov. 15th, cool because I never got to see him out here in LA. |
