I highly recommend a cease and desist letter.
I also recommend all artists to assert a common law trademark after their name by using the (tm) logo after their name. (ex: XXXL(tm)
Anyone who really cares about protecting their name should contact me about registering the name as a federally registered trademark (R) which will protect their name throughout the country and comes will a host of additional rights and protections.
