we used to do that s**t all the time when i lived in palmdale.. def a bust for whoever supplies the equipment but def a fun experience if your just going to party.. |

im doing the Escrows on a lot of these foreclosed homes, and on more then 1 occasion, the Listing agent will enter a property to see it trashed from a party.
they have found flyers, receipts and other things that identify people there, and have gone as far as filing criminal tresspassing and vandolizing charges against whom ever they can stick the bill too....
one case we had over 50,000 in damage to the house and the person responsible is facing felony charges due to thier involvement with the party......
