Please Help Mike Marlin aka Dj Ecstatic

So many of you don't know him. However if you do PLEASE READ BELOW and spread the word!

Hi Mike's friends,

I want to give you the latest update on Mike. If you have not yet heard, his trial did not go well and he was convicted of 2nd degree murder. His sentencing is Sept. 2nd.


Some of you hadn’t heard the circumstances and wanted to know. He shot a well known drug dealer (Jim) in Willits that had almost beat our mom to death after she tried to stop him from beating up his pregnant girlfriend in public. Mike and my mom went to the police of course, and later Jim was threatening to kill both of them. It escalated from there and Mike shot him. It was a terrible circumstances and a no-win situation for everyone.


What he needs NOW is as many character letters from his friends (that means YOU if you know Mike and are willing to write a nice letter about him). These letters are read by the judge and do make a difference. Mike needs these letters by this Tuesday, Aug 19th. They should be less than a page and even a short paragraph works great.


Please write them to the “Honorable Judge Nelson.” Basically, just write about Mike’s character and give reasons why he should not spend the rest of his life in prison.

wow. thats pretty crazy. what do you do in that situation?? someone says there going to kill you... and you kill them first.

self defense? but then you have the burden of proving your innocence..

go to the authorities? but then you run the risk of this guy killing you somewhere down the road...
