Pendulum track on VMA's??
not 100% sure but i think i heard a pendulum track as a segue way from a commercial during the VMA's???
anyone else catch this? |

sorry random but, i have heard dnb twice on a cookin show, csi twice, once was tarantula, i also have recently seen what i think was kenny ken on this pam andersen show my lady was watchin. i also thoght i saw groove also but i could have been on one. they were seperate occasions but on the same show. it was crazy. but i might be losing my mind on the kenny ken groove ting LOL |

the nfl used the original. They would play it in and out at commercials, this must have been 4-5 years ago. I heard rumors that hive never got his payment, or was given something smaller than he should have.
rumors are wack...ultrasonic sound is dope. wouldnt suprise me though, it is fox. |

i dont know what the purpose of this thread really is, but, i compose music (dnb, hip hop, house, etc) for tv shows (the publisher i use mainly caters to reality tv).
it really depends on what the producers of these shows or projects want though. |

dnb has been in commercials since i first started paying attention in '97 ish. probably more so back then, lots of crazy amens and such in car / shampoo / etc. etc. / commercials...
i remember the san diego zoo had a wicked jumpy tune in their commercials advertising their summertime late hour busines, way back in the day (1999?)... i know circuit remembers that one!
but - that doesn't have anything to do with being a commercial form of music.
but its still fun to point out when you hear it. =]
