a few years ago i got intop radio heavily, Jonesy's Jukebox was my wake up show and Art Bell was my goto sleep show...

LMAO!!  Your wake up show? Looks like someone isn't rolling outta bed before noon!
Whiz..he plays a lot of eclectic music from 12-2 on Indie 103.1...a lot of obscure and forgotten bands. Anything from like the 30-40's, present stuff and everything in between. He also has guests on almost everyday (Shepherd Fairey is on quite a bit) On friday's he has a panel on the show to listen to and judge random new groups. If your a music lover of sorts you'll enjoy! (maybe not so much on friday's cause he hardly plays any good bands during jury)...check it out Steve!!
...and I'm not trying to make this into yet another slite on Pendulum thread, it just doesn't fit the show...although that's pretty cool that he was giving them exposure (good or bad) to a completely different audience...
Eek..LOL! The man! Who can fade him and Afrika Bambataa's 1984 jam 'Timezone'??...classic bboy biz!!
Kinda sucks that he has that beef with dude from Bloc Party though. Unfortunate story. |

Both Steve Jones and Henry Rollins have great shows - Henry really knows his music and has very wide range of tastes - Henry's show is one of the best on L.A. radio IMHOpinion-he plays a lot of very rare punk and tweaked jazz and even bands that seasoned music lovers know about or should know about |
