The event is a concert that will feature an opening performance by a local unsigned group followed by the RX Bandits (ska), Aceyalone, and Saul Williams with special guest emcee, Fidel
ADMISSION: FREE and open to public

unfortunately, no timeslots... but it will probably be later in the evening. i'll call tomorrow morning or stop by the cultural affairs office and ask.

okay, the UCLA Events Calendar incorrectly listed the times for tonight's event on campus...
THE SHOW ENDS EARLY AT 9PM, so that means ACEYALONE and SAUL WILLIAMS PERFORMING @ 7pm!!!
I just spoke to UCLA Cultural Affairs who booked them and are presenting this show.

(avoiding freeways) from hollwood take wilshire or santa monica to wilshire all the way into the UCLA/westwood area. You should take westwood blvd north till it goes to campus, there will be a parking kiosk on your left hand side, pull up, they'll come to your window and ask for parking in Lot 6 (which is near Pauley stadium). After you pay $7 , they give you a ticket and you drive straight to the cul-de-sac and make a left into the lot. After you park, take the main walkway into campus and you will mos def see heads chilling and hear music playing cuz Bruin Plaza is right there with a low concrete stage area, hard to miss! ::: |
