man if they are ganna want alot of people to do somthing like this in the IE they are ganna need to lower the age standard. i think that would help out alot and bring in a more diverse group also.

it probably wouldn't work.
unfortunetly most deejays live out west, so you would have to pay them extra to drive all the way out there and on a weeknight that wouldn't fly with some peeps.
I for one, and this isn't a diss, would not drive out to the IE on a weeknight no matter who was playing. It's just a bit too far.
if you could drum up the support in the IE community then by all means. just be prepared for the out west heads not to show. |

tryst and dirty t are helping me out.
theres people in the i.e,.. which means atleast TWO people will show up. i mean these thigns take time, concidering im in pomona, im not expecting more than 30 people. |

I live up in victorville, 30 minutes north of San Bernardino, and I'd drive.. probably not on a weekday cause I work. but theres a lot of kids around these parts who would also drive down to support an I.E venture.

ive lived in the IE for 11 yrs,.... I would be hyped if we got a dnb club out here. but the chances of heads showin up is like the SD scene only a few heads r up for dnb and jungle i dunno,..my ass would fa sho be there lol. |

i don't know what part of the IE you guys are from but in Rancho Cucamonga i know A LOT of heads into dnb. every weekend i think i meet someone new at a party or kick back that's into jungle, especially a lot of people i went to high school with. i think a dnb night would work. i'm down to help out in anyway. goodfellas is in rancho but ya if it was 21+ not that many people would show. |

I think it would work but I agree 21 & up lowers the chances of any success ... 18 & up would work ... maybe even consider just doing a chill monthly or bi-monthly?? I think people would be into that ... |

Number one, as long as you have a new cutting edge plan, and can execute it well it should work. should never listen to those that say no with out an atempt.
I disagree with poet(soory hun), If any dj is trying to reprezent what they do, they would be bitch made not to drive 35 minutes out of l.a. to build the scene. Lets face it, the functions now, blow a big one. If innovators aren't careful the sub culture can and will go to s**t. Someone needs to step up and put something together thats dope and has a new enviroment.
