I guess it does, I was a big fan of Firewall too. Double Dragon was very very fun. These are all just in the last year.

Well, for me at least, the last Evolve felt like a real locals thang. It was a club, but felt like I knew a lot of people there and all the DJ's were stateside except for Mouly (who is here part-time). Just felt laid-back bruddah

Midnite Bomberz... right next to Crazy f**kin' Gideon's!!! One of the best ever was Gorilla Warfare '99 with DJ 3D and R.A.W. 2x4 CRS. Fucking huge.

I miss the DnB University parties at Dannys old frat house. Those were good times.

Oh, and of COURSE Konkrete Jungle. I miss KJ more then anything. Such amazing talent coming through there, so many memories, met so many good people.

I would have to say that Werck Ignition # 4 was one of my favorite parties every that was all locals for dnb...... also loved the Herb'n sunday sessions, sunday skool, drum'n'bassics, midnight bombers........ really to many to name off or rememeber the names of......... other parties not all dnb or maybe even no dnb would be "What", Mayhen, Fry for fives, dune, moon tribe ( new moons and full), pryotechnic disco works,the first phycodelic curcus, mission to mars, famliy parties, frosted breaks, The What reunion party in 96 or was it 97 and also the first Bassrush that was in feb of last year........... the list goes on and on...... prtty much I just love going out and the music and people and every thing that comes with it..........

stickygreen2k's backyard bash in riverside, that was insanity... I had to keep catching females as they passed out one by one in the nos room hahaahaha lots of down peeps there and excellent homegrown talent that night.

I'm not sure if I was at the 1st wreckignition or not, can someone please clarify.

Tha venue was upstairs(wooden balconies & banasters) it was super dark with only a black light. The bass was hella-bangin'. There was a couch that me and my boys were sitting on and behind us was a glowing/green wreckignition graf piece.

People were breakin like crazy and we met a dude we named dounut after the party. We stood in front of the venue for hours playing hacky sack with "Dounut" until my buddies dad came and picked us up.

I was on 7 different types of acid that night, so I can't remember too many specifics.

Oh yeah and as the party ended the music stopped and this dude unplugs the blacklight and puts it under his coat. Everyone just thought the lights went off because the party was over, f**king clepto.


Can anyone place this party-was it the 1st Wreck. the 2nd or what. It had to be somewhere around 98' or something.

If I rememeber correctly the first wereck party was in 97 and it was at the Ivar.... your description does kind of some like it they did have wooden banesters and that upstairs part.. hahhahah who rememebrs smoking bowls with Andy the security gaurd at some of the wreak parties and parties around that time..... hahahahh to funny.....
