Cracks me up how much everybody in our local scene hates on Twist em Out, I know most people are probably burnt out on it but most of the rest of the world is still eatin it up. I sell them remixes all motherf**kin day long. |

TOV is pretty proud of it(rightfully so). They released a sticker promo boldly ststing"That song from Ali G in the states". Usually production teams use some crap they made up with default beats in whatever audio software they use. |

its actually cambridge. he's from a middle-class jewish family and studied sociology/psychology extensively from what i remember.
his persona, for those who don't know, is a blatant mockery of the stereotypical black/indian London inner-city young male.. anyone who has been to London gets an even greater kick out of this show!! |

actually everyone else hates it too. they thought the song would be in the top 10 on the charts or something. it ended up at 35 then dropped. tov was asking people to support and then it turned into a big time argument on doa. kinda funny. |

totally...I have a friend Andy from London (who is white, btw) and he talks EXACTLY like ali g. I love how the "th" sound becomes the "f" sound...like how he pronounces birthday "birfday"...that never stops being funny to me |
