Has Total Science been making Hits or What???
Is it just me or has TS been really producing quality records on multi-labels? I have picked up the last three and there are great. Your thoughts......? |

Agreed... I can almost always count on TS for a quality release. I've noticed myself picking up a lot of their s**t recently.

What I like is that is doesn't all sound the same. They were in a slump 6-7 monthes ago, I am glad because they are one of my favorites. |

How can you say they've been in a slump for the past 6-7 months? Are you crazy? They've released Sektors 1,2, and 3. Those have been the best releases so far this year. What about their new label Fix? Both releases have been ace! Total Science has always been at the top of their game, and I'm not just saying that cause they're my boyfriends. They're amazing producers and they have great taste for the stuff they do pick to be on their labels. Total Science rules drum n' bass, hands down. |

I am refering to the release on Renegade and timeless. I am not in anyway ragging them. I love TC. When I say slump I mean "the same sound". I love it when producers mix it up just keep the bare essentials so you know it's them.

the dopest total science track is on commercial suicide 006. the total science tracks on sektor 1, 2, and 3 were good, but the rest was kind of "blah." i think they should just put out EP's of stuff because i'd rather pay $17 for an EP of tracks i know are good than $17 for an EP of iffy things |

Bens, are you serious? You don't fancy the tracks off the Sektor eps? They're soooooooooo good. It's weird, I dig the TS tracks, but f**k dude, how can you deny Tempo Dub isn't the shizzznit? What about Overdrive? See me burning? Weird vibes? I gotta say, these are the best eps that have come out all year.

I have a special place in my heart for "it's not over"...also, the TS track off of the sektor 2 is one of my favorites...so beautiful with the bass drops and the vocals!
