last year me and my then fiancé went to notting hill carnival in london and came upon the Trouble On Vinyl soundsystem and a HUGE, i'm talking the whole street, moshpit and what does he do? he goes running into it. next thing i see is him sinning around in it. so i just stood there with a group of girls and women also watching this sillyness and him with a big grin on his face. i think we made some choice comments about the whole thing and laughed.
then he comes out of it about 20 minutes later with a small cut on his forehead 
so i ask: "have you learned your lesson?" and he says, "yeh, that mosh pits are FUN!"

The metal infulenced tracks are new, except for maybe "Double J" and the track repping Ireland on World of Drum and bass. Moshing has been around since before this style.
