i hate to sound like the devil's advocate, but i say we give him the benefit of the doubt. i'm no fan of arnold myself, but it seems there is little we can do now that the election results are in. you never know, maybe he'll surprise us all by really implementing positive change in the state of California. it seems to me that if we have a bias against him before he even actively engages in his newly elected duties, we'll never recognize or acknowledge any positive effects he may bring.

of course there are going to be people voting that vote for completely retarded reasons, but seeing as how the only reasons Gray Davis won any of his elections were by default technically, either by others dropping out of the race, or him being the only "qualified" candidate.. you just have to expect it.
