Need help finding a good file sharing program

Ok, I just got DSL so now I'm ready to download some Jungle/Hip-hop/Dancehall MP3's. Live mixes, shows, tracks, whatever. Maybe some movies too! Since I've had dial-up soooo long I haven't bothered to look around and now I'm REALLY out of the loop.

I've heard about Gnutella, Morpheus, and Kazaa but don't really know the difference. People have said they've had a bunch of problems with Kazaa, but because there are so many users, they just deal with it. I've already installed Norton Internet Security to minimize viruses and other problems but I don't want to have my comp. crashing every week.

I appreciate any feedback. Thanx in advance.

I do this. Get kazaa and find people with fast connections, that have good music. Then you can right click and browse the user's files and find s**t that sometimes won't show up in a search. You'll also find s**t you wouldn't have known about.

soulseek is the best file sharing s**t i've ever used. they got tons of stuff.

kazaa has spyware.

winmx is cool.

limewire is alright, but there aren't many people sharing jungle out there. but there are a ton of other styles on it. the best part is that i've never downloaded a virus, and it handles firewall protection. it comes with some ad/spyware, but nothing like some other programs whose spyware i still can't get completely out of my system.

what is spyware? Can people really look at what I have on my computer. Why should I be concerned with spyware? I hear all this talk about it but I'm not too sure I know what it means.

try kazaa lite. it has no spyware.

BTW, Do any of you experience any problems by installing several different file sharing programs, or having them connected simultaneously??
