What do y'all think of these, I think they are pretty spiffy but happy enough w/ my MK2's.
*Does anyone know what the knob on the base of the tonearm is for on the MK5's??? |

if it was chrome or silver and not gold id be in. gold looks like crap imho.
but i wouldn't spit at em if they were handed to me. for now ill stay content with my mk2's though. |

thats awesome, but im still not a fan of gold anything. limited edition or not, i can't remember where i heard it but i heard it. "gold makes you look cheap and tacky. silver is where the class is at".
or maybe i made that up. eh *shrug* im having a superficial moment. those things would still kick my mk2's ass. |

haha, you guys and your f**king technics, if there was ever a bigger waste of money. I bought my s**tty gemini pt 1000's 8 farkin years ago and the only thing I have ever changed is the cartridges. I am poor and have never had any intentions of becoming this crazy turnatablist so I never felt the need to upgrade. Come to think of it, I rarely ever hear any of you guys scratching or juggling either. If anything, playing on s**tty decks has only benefitted me, so I am happy. maybe I should get my geminis bronzed, f**k that precious metal s**t, bronze is where its at. |
