Sorry, I don't dj or anything, but what are "double drops"? Is that another word for rewinds?
Try looking deeper into this forum because I think I remember seeing a set by ANDY C awhile ago.

double drops are when the first record goes to the break and then a second record is mixed in so that when the beat comes back in on the first record the beat also starts on the second record
and i saw dillinja at together as one and haven't been so hyped since |

Im learning the art of the double drop as well. Theres tons of dj's on jungletrain that do it as well. When you do it wrong its horrible, but when you get it right its fun |

dillinja spins ok but you aint gonna get the dubs hes gonna play by anyone else...
and i thought double drops were just when the beats and bass hit at the same time, and it creates almost a new song by the 2 basslines rolling out together? |
