believe it or not, not every DJ plays the newest styles at every party. get over yourself. the mix was recorded live and direct and if you were in attendance, you would have had a kick ass time.

Sorry to let YOU down, but I was there. When doesn't RAW take it back with his selection? He does not always scratch, dependent on mood and set-up.
I will give you that this mix is different from his regular. To say it isn't authentic when it was recorded live one week ago at the longest running d-n-b monthly and posted by the people behind the club is not only ignorant, but disrespectful. I'm sorry to be terse, but this is a RAW set and give it another listen or maybe see him live some more. He can be and is diverse.

your crazy, he always brings the mix with the new and the old, bringing the best of both worlds to the dancefloors....I know for a fact there were tracks that were fresh of the press in there...Good Fortune #3, #4, and #5 were played toward the end of his set. |

yo sorry i guess i was wrong.just a little disapointed because i would really like to have 1 quality mix of raw's newer mixes.i wasn't tryin to offend anybody. and yeah i know taht not all dj's play the fresh cuts. i have a mix at www.everydayjunglist.org if anybody would like to check it.its live so its not like heavy produced sounding and all the tracks are no newer than march of this year. I go by Quickster.

seriously, is it illegal for a dj to play dope old tracks?? a dj ALWAYS has to play FRESH and NEW tracks?
sure all the big balla dj's from the uk "generally" play new tracks, but there are always those times where an old skool heavy hitter will shake s**t up the way a new track can't...
plus having an attitude that NEW=BETTER is pretty stupid... u better throw away all your records after the first drop or they'll get too stale for your tastes.
btw those Disciple tracks he dropped are mighty dope
