whole buncha breakdown stuffs
heres some of the random stuff done for breakdown so far.... flyers, stickers, t shirts, etc etc...
theres tons of stuff in the pipeline, gotta make sure it happens before i post em up though! thank you josh sal and reid!

oh yeh so far my fav. has been the megaton vs. breakdown.
and to give you the idea of what i try to do with atleast the headliners letters, heres a before/during of the rogue element font
ive been doing myself a favor and modding the entire font set of stuff just to have on deck. free fonts are nice and everything, but i like moddin' them. |

are you using a wacom tablet or just a mouse?...the stylized letters really make a difference in creating the highly saturated comic look. |

yea man, its an adjustment at first but has saved my wrist more than once... especially with the style that you do, im astonished youre not already doin it. It's going to be amazing how many cases of computer enduced arthritis and carpel tunnel that will hapen over the next 30 years... |

im lookin into getting a wacom for that exact reason, actually. especially with the hand drawn-to vectorized stuff, my usual way of doing it is to draw it out with my left hand, scan, and vectorize with my right. might as well spread the carpal, ya know? what size tablet are you using? is it really worth it to go nuts and get the big mofos?
oh the breakdown stuff is all illustrator now. i think theres only like 1 there that wasnt %100 illustrator. |

intuos 6x11 is what i use, it has some nice shortcuts worked in already for adobe and other programs. I also like the wider panel because it helps with sweeping strokes (i.e. calligraphy strokes). the 6x8 is prolly just as effective, i just splurged. the auto majors at my school are some of the most amazing wacom masters ive ever seen and i dont think i see anyone using much more that the 6x8. |
