i love that s**t, and I believe Knyphy plays it out whenever he can. It's always playing at our house...
how can you not like the dancey jams with the r&b vocs over??? plus it works with nu-wave/house/electro which i sooo feeling as well.

obviously i can't get enough of them wobbly basslines. just a question of what tempo fits at the time. been on a garage / bassline / speed garage / house thing as of late. don't worry...not turning my back on dubstep. glad to see others out there are feeling the same vibes. i remember Unit throwing down some serious tunes at one of the SMOG afterparties last year. i think we got the same taste bruv...gonna have to go back to back one of these days. i know knifey and showguns would want to get in on some of that action too. if we are talking straight up house...you ever seen Sam's record collection??? Its the f**king NUTS!!! |

Anything 4x4 sounding is an instant "no no" to a lot of people. I think the lot of us junglists felt this way at one point or another. But this s**t is so heavy it might break that whole notion. I'm on the serious hunt for anything nichey but still has the snares in place a la dubstep. Mix to come soon. |
