not much of a mixed drink kinda guy. i go for single malt scotch (glen livet, mchallen, oban) or dark beer (guiness, newcastle). a nice hef w/ a fat lemon wedge is nice too. especially in the summer. |

Don't drink many mixed drinks. Usually just cran/vodka or jack/cokes.
My fave is a doubleshot of JD or JB, straight up. Sometimes straight rum if I want to be less destructive.
Heinies, Bass, New Castles, and High Lifes/MGDs keep it going.. and going.. and going.. |

Its basically a long Island, but instead of coke, use chambore and a splash of sprite.

I've had a couple drinks in my time, and of all the drinks I've had, the one I keep coming back to is the Gin and Tonic.
It's the perfect drink. It gets you nice and buzzed, and it's not so sweet that it makes you nauseous. The hangover isn't too bad either.
I had a bit of a fling with the vodka red bull, but really that drink is just a cheap floozy that makes you feel like s**t in the morning. Not something you can depend on either because sometimes you get 'Monster' or some other crap energy drink that tastes like they squeezed it out of a gorilla. |

Zombie!!! all the way. There's lots of ways to make it, but there all similor.
If it doesn't have 151, it's not a Zombie. By the time you get it, your straw should be just about melting!!
Here's the REAL way to make one:
Zombie recipe
1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 tsp sugar
2 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz lime juice
Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a collins glass. Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.
24% (48 proof)
Serve in: Collins Glass |

sweetened lime juice works wonders with oj/pineapple and malibu/vodka for the foofy drinkers. thats what i was making couple 4th of july's ago when i was bartending and people couldn't resist them. |

Although, I'm with Devoe, its not 100% reliable because sometimes bars will give you Monster, Rockstar, or some other s**tty energy drink instead (without even mentioning it to you) - epic fail. |

before any of my health issues I was partial to Belgium ales and darker beers... after my health issue began I would drink lots of high end vodka or sometimes high end bourbon...
I liked my vodka with tonic on ice and my whiskey with ginger and lime..
but now I only drink water and juice....
