Random question, anyone here listen to Howard Stern? I've been listening since high school and now that he's on satellite radio it has only gotten better. With the new Sirius/XM merger all you people with XM will be able to listen soon once the companies finish merging their programming. |

his contract is only guarenteed thru then and he sounds like he's ready to retire, gettin older and complains about getting up early all the time. It would be great if he renewed but who knows. I dont know what I'll do after that. I have a library of all the shows since he came to satelite so ill have to listen to those at 3am when i cant sleep. |

yo king if you ever want any shows let me know, i have most cataloged. Guilty pleasure, worst part is that I dont have Sirius, horrible... The flipside of that coin tho is that I download different versions that have the commercials and reacurring sal and richard bits cut out. I am my own worst enemy, but I just couldn't keep up my subscription...lame excuse tho. |

Thanks for the offer! I can pretty easily get any show I want, but w/ all the repeats n specials n stuff, I think I'm ok. I used to have Howard TV too, but now my cable company doesn't carry it =T The "bro" fight alone was worth the cost on that ... hehe
Dude, you need to join the revolution! hehe It's just nice on long drives to have howard.
I've been toying w/ the idea of starting a stern wik. It'd be SOOO nice to be able to look up what EXACTLY happened, when .... with really obscure s**t.

bubba isnt really my style, howard is like a snob jock, i love the whole ego trip hes on. Also, i'm an artie guy, cant stand jackie and feel like the show is a million times more down to earth these days with the heroin addict.
edit:
cant believe i said "down to earth", thats the last thing it is hahaha, ... hamptons howard. artie just keeps things level. the everyman fan representation

Bubba is on the regular airwaves in the morning here in Tampa and I gotta admit...... I can barely listen to him. I like his entourage a lot more actually haha
On Sirius its a whole other ballgame tho... When Bubba was on Howard and Iron Sheik came in and Bubba started going off on him telling him he jobbed the belt to Hogan I about died that was too funny. |

Howard Stern's sidekick is finally in rehab. Artie Lange, who's long overindulged with drugs and drink, was scheduled to attend close pal Bob Saget's Comedy Central roast on Sunday night, but never made it to LA. Instead, he checked himself into an intensive outpatient rehab program. A source said Lange "felt awful for not being there for Bob, but needed to make his health a priority." Lange also canceled his stand-up shows this weekend, but plans to return to his regular gig on Stern's Sirius radio show when it returns from hiatus. Lange's rep, Lewis Kay, confirmed the news. Meanwhile, teen star Shia LaBeouf may also be headed to rehab. LaBeouf broke his hand in a car accident last week and while it was not his fault, he was charged with DUI, his second arrest since November. Rehab can lead to reduced charges. "Judges like to see it," said a source. His rep would only say, "Right now, we're focusing on Shia's hand." |

its his first time since being on the show. He never went the last time, he just went on subutex or some medication to supplement the heroin. No details yet if it is heroin related or just booze and exhaustion. They are on a break right now, but they will be back live on monday and we'll see if hes there or not. |
