I was having dinner with an asian friend of mine, and she ordered some dish that made me wince @ the sound of it..I asked her what it was..and to be honest I forgot exactly..but she said the funniest thing I've heard to date on the topic..

i dont think that thing in the sewer is tubifex worms...it expands and contracts like a heart from the light of the camera....those tubifex worms just sat there and had worms swinging around from it....and the wikipedia on tubifex worms said it lived mostly at the bottom of lakes and ate fish or something |

Thanks for the info randy, I finally got to take a good look @ A actual tubifix worm, & I'm not convinced that the thing in the N.C. sewer is the same thing as the tubifix worms. On all the vids of actual tubifix worms, they seem to be moving individually even when they are in a slimy clump! That thing in the sewer looks like 1 solid mass of slimy s**t, even thow the veins are moving individually, it looks like its inside the ball of slime, not forming 1! My second guess was that they are just covered in algae, but why dont they just cut one open then & expose the worms? That's some crazy, nasty looking s**t, that looks like its fresh out of aliens pt. 1. Even if it was some unknown life form, they wouldn't let us know that, it would cause pure chaos!
