Located deep in the forests somewhere north of Los Angeles, this will be an overnite camping experience under the stars with two areas of sound covering multiple genres of music. ahhh yes, this is a much different spot than that one. damn, that was a long time ago now! that is when i first met xzr and aero, g-netic, and a lot of people that i am still friends with to this day.

soo stoked to drop a set in the woods there's something about music and nature they just go hand in hand...especially drum and bass and ESPECIALLY old-skool jungle *wink wink*. i'm looking to drop some new original bizness too...happy bday to the whiz we're gunan have some fun bro. big up to johnny v for his efforts in making this happen as well. anyone looking to set up a tent? i think imma do that.

we did a couple wih you guys, there was habitat out at the ranch, and then we played the forrest party that was off the dangerous winding cliff road. I remember driving my old mini van along the edge of a one lane dirt road, praying we were going the right direction and that noone else was coming the other way. That was a great night, nothing but good vibes with the stars over your head... hope i can make it out...school permiting.

So thanks to my good friend Sam K we will be setting up a video projector like we have done before in the past. We will be running live video and visuals but unlike before I will be bringing out my old school NES and maybe even a SNES for anybody that wants to get down on some classic video game action. Me thinks that will add to the old skool party vibe that we try to create for our events. So what games do you guys think I should bring out to the party? I have a pretty good collection but I don’t want to bring everything.

Also I will be bringing out my big ass tarps that we use as a dance floor to keep down on the dust. It also works pretty well for break dancers too. Whiz and I were just watching some videos of our past forest parties and we were pretty imprested at some of the things that people were able to do on it. Bustin out crazy windmills and s**t! Who remembers that? where my dancin crew at? Max, Ryan, Andrea…?

I remember that winding road, we almost got stuck trying to pass a car coming in as we were going out.

^^^^^ yea that road was a little precarious. luckily this new spot has a much wider road and is accessible with any vehicle so there should me no problems there.

so far im for sure bringing Super Mario Bros 1 and 2, Contra, Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Tetris and Excitebike. I think those are probably the most popular NES games i have with the exception of Zelda (witch is to to long for a party) and Duck Hunt (witch i don't think would work on a projector, or would it?)

and if i bring the SNES i will definitely bring Street Fighter 2 and Mario Kart for you Tabu.

am i leaving any games out?

Oh my god, I forgot how fun all those parties were until we busted out the projector and started watchin' all the footgae...

so many homies up in the mix chillin and dancin... caught a bunch of em on camera including B-boy Maxx, Andrea, Blaze, Machete, Clutch, No-Face, Lonnie, Erika, Chrissy, Rubix, Hiro, and a ton of other people - funny seeing how young everyone looked!

we are def bringing the video camera again to capture all the new memories...

PS - Although the party "officially" starts at 10pm, you can get there earlier - during the day and set up tents or whatever.... =]

We will be up there all day setting up, chilling out, listening to music, and drinking.... so, just a heads up!

Man, this is gonna be so much fun! Can't wait, its been way too long since the last forest party i've been to.

And - for an outdoor party (especially compared to desert parties), it is not very far away at all. I google mapped it, and its only 2 hours from OC, and 1.5 hours from LA.

The JSMs are rollin' in, but remember to LEAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSES! =]
