California Love
Come join 26C for the fourth annual California Love! This year we will be coming to you from the great outdoors, at our safe and secure, permitted private campground in the local mountains. This 125 acre grassy, wooded, forest location is a site of true natural beauty, as those who have been there before already know. In addition to camping, this year we’ll have four stages of music running fourteen hours strong, along with full scale lighting and video productions, several bonfires, a vendor village, a fireside hookah lounge, an oxygen bar, and plenty of food and drinks to keep you going strong through the night.
Main Stage (Hard House/Trance/Hard Dance): As the Tidy Trax label manager, our headliner knows the hard dance sounds better than anyone. His solo productions (including 2003 anthem \"Here Comes the Rain\") and collaborations with top Tidy names have made him a young legend. Get ready for the first LA party appearance of LEE HASLAM (Tidy Trax / UK). Probably the most consistently impressive hard house DJ out there, he always gets the party rocking with the freshest tracks direct from the hands of the world’s top producers, we welcome back the one and only JON BISHOP (Tidy Trax / San Diego). Plus upcoming producer and worldwide touring headliner NICHOLAS BENNISON (Propulsion Recordings / Los Angeles). um what's up with the constant stream of haters around here? let me just run through 26c's website to see who has played in their d'n'b areas in the last 2 years then: total science, dillinja, lemon d, high contrast, silver, hive, gridlok, influx datum, ufo, reid speed, sage, controlled substance, baron, e-sassin, teebee, jo-s, etc., i'm sure i'm missing a few. yah but what a bunch of wankers.

wannabejunglist knows what he's sayin, 26c time after time disappoints with their jungle. they put the jungle in the crappiest room all the time and just flat out do not put forth quality events. that would be bassrush. cool to see alder on the bill but really a party of this calibre should have some other big name jungle dj's on it. |

I'm not hatin on anyone or anything. But you have to admit, if its a rave (other than a massive) its more than likely that d&b is cast aside, especially when organizing the rooms. I still respect 26c though. |

one room is House/Progressive/Breaks/Drum and Bass and another is Drum and Bass/Trance. i highly doubt that means d&b is all night, you ever been to a 26c party before? if so, you should know better. they're gonna play what the people wanna hear and the people aren't gonna be many junglists i'll tell you that much

i've probly been to about twenty 26c parties, maybe i'm exaggerating a bit, but i really don't consider these parties my scene. they've let me down time and time again. a couple parties went off dope for the junglists but unless you're a newbie and not sure what a quality d&b event is like, you'd steer clear of this one |

of all those acts i wonder how many actually got paid. 26c gives LA jungle a bad name. i wish they'd stop making a mockery of our music and stick to house & trance. let the real dedicated heads bring jungle to LA, there's plenty of other crews that actually have love for jungle you can support |
