pots
I'm taking apart this old mixing board to repair six of the pots. Here's my problem. I was told the pots on it are 46k, but everywhere I look I can only find 50k and 100k pots Radioshack etc. I still haven't ended my search yet, but was wondering what the difference would be if I soldered on the 50k ones. Maybe this is the wrong message board for this question, but maybe someone will know.... |

Re: pots
If you can't find the correct pots, you might want to send it back to the manufacturer...
if you put pots with higher resistance you will add noise and f**k up the circuit...
