i don't know if monitors or a digital mixer counts, but i'm getting both this month. i also am in the market for a better sound card. i think that running both hardwere and softwere together is prob the best way to make music.... what hard were do you have? how about finished tunes? |

Fuck yeah I use hardware...
You can't test the sound quality. Having more tools (Programs) at your disposal doesn't make a bad tune sound better. It still takes mad work!!!

I've added quite a bit, actually. We should get together sometime and work out some s**t. Time is a difficult thing, as I'm sure it is for you, too, but things could be passed back and forth. My roommate is one of the best bass players I have ever met, by the way. |

you know, its the lamest thing...the matrix 6r I used to have got lost somewhere in a move from long beach to LA. Lame as hell, cause I loved that little bastard. the modulation on that synth is one of the most hardcore mod setups in the history of membrane synths. It was incredibly unreliable, but I did some cool pieces with just it and a 909. I miss it. ... |
