I hope to have the funds this winter to do another vinyl release.
be on the look out for Sweet Sensi records #002 on 12inch vinyl should be out soon!

I see nothing wrong with digital releases though, reaches the listeners that are out to just bump tunes in their car or at home and also the CDJ cats and serato dooderz... awhile back I really frowned apon anything digital and was stricly an acetate guy but keeping up with the cost of 10 inch dubs etc is really out of my reach. = (
anyway. have a few new LHRD releases will post those soon when i get home from dinner.

yeah i know acetate get pricey but to know you have ur tracks on a press is something i would pay for and the sound is better and more reliable like i sed i dont have SERATO YET! |

I agree with you acetate is nice and I still have a box of dubs, just that I am making so many new tunes that I cant keep up with cost of about 50$ per dubplate.
I don't own serato either, I just have been using CDJ's to play my tunes because when I play at a party I only play my own tunes during my set.
Maybe if I start making more money I will start pressing everything to acetate again but until that time I will have to stick with playing all my dubs on CD. In most cases the true heads respect the fact that you are playing all of your own tunes and understand that it would be very pricey to cut 30 dubplates every few months.
Don't get me wrong I still buy vinyl and love vinyl THE MOST = ) |
