I haven't hired a dancehall artist to do one yet. But I have had some made by a hommie. Once the $$ is available I plan on it though.....

they have a lot of dancehall artists and how to get ahold of them to do specials.... |

yo avoid www.dubplates.com they are toooooooo expensive. if y'all are really interested in cutting plates, let me know because i've got a link in miami that has real reasonable rates.
also, the one love festival is gonna have barrington, red rat, and half pint available to voice dubs. if you all are serious, we can pool our money together to get a better deal from the artists..... |

havent voiced any big names yet due to prices etc.. sumtimes wen u got it the certain person u want to isent available etc.... although every reggae or dancehall dub ive played out so far are all qc specials, sang by my mc dmented,so in a way yah i got specials, justg havent been able to get some certain ones i want...
about the barrington levy etc.. thing ----do u have a confirmed contact to get them voiced wen theyre in town?
if so , how much they chargin , etc.
and if u need a studio i got one we can use.. its legit ...

yeah i got a solid link for barrington. i know the promoter that's throwing the whole festival. if you got a studio then let's make it happen....i'll get a quote on the prices as soon as i can as well...i'm hoping nothing over $350 per tune. i know barrington charges upwards of $600 regularly... |
