Sole-MansBestFriendpart2"no thanks"
I've had this one for a few weeks now,
but just slept on listening to the whole album all the way through until today..
.i guess i pretty much forgot about it..
cuz my ever-growing collection gets me lost at times.
But I found it deep in the pocket on the drivers side door of my truck today,
and threw it in and let it play.
Just as I'm doing for a second time right now on my computer.
Great experimental hip-hop.
I think he puts in a huge amount of effort to be different,
and create a new sound...
..
Some people can't appreciate this mans efforts,
but I very much respect him,
and enjoy listening to his poetry,
his style.
Beats borderline on annoying at random twangy points,
but for the most part really good production.
Mostly done by him, with help on some of the beats by Odd Nosdam,Why?, Dose & Jel.
No guests on the vocals,
but Sole comes through with lyrics full of raw creativity.
Over all,
an enjoyable listen for the open minded hip-hop head.
