[A classic novel gets a Hip Hop spin]“A Beautiful Struggle” tells the story of four individuals who dare to create in a time when artistic expression has been outlawed. Inspired by the real life experiences of those whose lives have been deeply touched by the arts and inexorably changed by a belief in themselves, this unique original work uses music, art, spoken word, and dance to bring their stories to the stage. This truly collaborative effort includes performances by RhetOracle Dance Company, Creative Planet, Culture Shock San Diego, and

I'm so excited to be a part of this show!
This our biggest show of the year ...the venue seats 3000 people!
There are still pre-sale tickets for $20 until this weekend. If anyone wants to come out please let me know asap so that I can get you guys tickets together and next to my friends!
Also proceeds from these tickets are going to funding art programs in schools!
Ahhh this show is less then 2 weeks away! So stressful!!

Yeah I've been missing a lot of good stuff lately. I missed The Wild Party (this will be the last week it plays I think). I really wanted to check that out! Looks like I'm going to miss A Beautiful Struggle. I even missed that movie Maxx was talking about (Bboy planet). God, what a lame ass =p Keep posting these things you guys. Props to you for putting in the long hours and hard work to bring these things together, keep up the good work. I need to manage my time better. Maybe I need a day planner or some type of gizmo.
