A few Suggestions
1. Incorporate jsm with the latest posts window, so there are less windows.
2. Create a Admin Forum that only admins can go in to discuss current events with the site, and do polling on who should or should not be banned or monitored for offensive text. Coded that only we can see it or everyone can and it's locked so only the admins can get in. This might cause the others to be all pissed off.
3. create a admin spam link that only the admin can see via jsm, so if there is an offensive post, we can notify each other right away and decided on taking it down. When replying it would look something like
Admin via thepoet :::message....
4. On the forums page, I think that ALL FORUMS should be listed. I can't tel you how many times I've gone looking for a subforum and couldn't find the darn thing. This would make the forums page longer, but at least they would be listesd. You don't have to put the description of each forum or the Moderator, to save space.
