remove from the respect mailings
how do I remove myself from the Respect mailings??????
I click the 'remove' link, it takes me here to js, then tells me that I can't edit others profiles.
Please explain how to make the unsolicited mailings stop happening. |

I got 20 emails from them yesterday. I mentioned it to Rob last week... this week I responded to the email and asked to be removed from the email list. |

I get 3 a week from them. The same one, just sent over and over.
It's not all that bad though. I just instantly delete two of them and go to the third to read. |

I get 10 I think, and it's becuase when i signed up alias's I signed up with using my real email address, that's why you get so many. It's not a glitch in the system, it's just sent to each user name.
Maybe replying back will help?
But it states on the god damn emial, how to take yourself off the lsit, but it doesn't work! Now that is a scam! |

They should be able to set up a simple filter, so it will only send 1 per email address. I'd rather just go to the website or come here and find out.. my email box is almost out of space anyway. |

i believe.,. the number of screen names you got here.., will be the number of e-mails you will recieve.
for explain .. i got 2 screen names so i get 2 e-mails
and at the bottom at get this for one.

perhaps remove the email address from the profile?
the email says what js alias it was sent to. perhaps not having so many on js helps. i got like 10 of em. haha. |

a. you don't have to sign up for it.
the minute you sign up for JS, it gets sent through the JS server I believe to all the users.
b. I tried removing my email address in the edit profile page, and it wouldn't let me. |

Stop the Insanity.....
I got more than one, I would prefer getting non. Unless it said COME TO RESPECT, PRINT AND BRING THIS EMAIL WITH YOU AND GET 1 FREE DRINK.
But other than that It is a little silly to recieve email from RESPECT, and it is even sillier that RESPECT gets its mailling list from JS. being that it is LA Based drum & Bass site and RESPECT is probally the biggest drum & bass weekly. Which everyone on this site, if they don't have plans, and have the night free they will be at RESPECT |
