LTJ & Conrad was by far the best performers of the night. They did as well as we thought they would, but better.
After that, I'd say it was all pretty much downhill. Could've predicted it, but I can admit I had a great time. Hype was dope to watch scratching; otherthan that the rest of the night was a total rinse-fest, and rewind frenzy. Shit gets really annoying, but just my opinion. |

OK, I'm usually the asshole when it comes to reviewing massives. I've been to every one of these parties for years, and this one takes the cake.
The only thing I could complain about is e-tards and glowsticks all up in my jungle room, lol. But I think I've just got to get used to that.
One word can summarize this night: HYPE!!!!!!! After witnessing a set of that calibre, I can die now. |

wow, i haven't danced that hard in at least three years... damn my feet are sore today!
Hype absolutely killed it. I really don't think theres much the other djs could have done to beat his set, I didn't stop moving once the whole time he was on. I've waited a long time to see him spin, and it was totally worth it!
But yeah... didn't get to catch much of LTJ Bukem due to wandering around with the friends i came with, was not totally impressed with Bassline Smith, have seen Andy C do sooo much better but love him anyways and danced my ass off again... took off for SD when Pendulum came on, unfortunately. But I got what I went there for, and left with a smile on my face.  |

HYPE rinsed it hands down ... this would be the 5th time seeing him and would be the 5th time ive seen him absolutly rinse the place inside out .. *thumbs up* andy c .. prolly the worst performance i have ever herd from him .. *2 thumbs down* simon bassline ...eh.. so so .. pendulum .. so so.tho the slam/rage against the machine mash up was cool. in all it was another good night. big ups insomniac family..

that was my first time seeing andy c. I wasn't too big on his overall track selection, but I loved all the classics he was teasing. shadowboxing, friday even ltj's atlantis, damn. never heard that tune at a party before. glad it was one of the tunes he rewound. anyone know what tune he was mixing into it? |

not to many peeps saw this but we had the "owned" boothe set up in the corner and we had Paulie Walnuts and Twinhooker just killing it! but we were right next to this house music vendor/fags that had a way bigger soundsystem than us so they kinda drowned us out...but we still held it down we just turned it up! lol as for the dj's the only one i checked out was the reggae van setup. that homie was dropping bombs all night. bigups to that guy |

I dont know why you guys are baggin on Andy C though, guy is amazing behind the decks, loved the old school drops.

missed LTJ's set, which is cool cause I'll be able to see him t the Boulevard this Fri !
Missed most of Bassline's set due to catching up with / finding friend's at the show.
Andy's set as was said was dissappointing. Whatever.
Pendulum (el Hornet) brought it !
a very high energy set ..
Infected Mushroom was also pretty sick, though the songs we're all samey... the vibe in that room was very sick, and very hot.
Way too many glowsticks for my liking though, but FUCK, I was at a massive, what did I expect ???
Oh, and I didn't really appreaciate the cops controlling the crowd at the end of the show, they we're a bit pushy, and really acting like a bunch of pricks. (one of them kicked the back of my foot as I was walking away from the front of he stage) I mean why do cops use their badge to act like a bunch of punkasses ?
And I also didn't appreciate the inconsiderate promotors at the exit holding up the queue to exit the party.
Couldn't you find some better place to shove your fliers down our throats ?
I'm probably not going to go to your party anyway, and especially not since you helped ensure I had to spend an extra 15 minutes next to sweaty punters to get out of the party because of you.

Great time as expected. Reggae bus was deep in the roots and lover's rock. Hype by FAR took the best set of the night. Nice job P & F. Your hard work and planning was evident. Nice additions this year on the fireworks and especially the drummers outside the DnB room. SICK :p |

Ok, a little late on this but... BIG BIG ups to the entire Insomniac family for making these shows happen. People like to bitch about the NOS, but I think the venue is very well suited for this kind of event and going till 4am is NICE! The VIP tix were well worth the price (we calcualted it as compared to what we would have spent at the festi for all the drinks, booze and food we consumed)
Again I thought there were too many systems blaring out of the booths and the INI truck sound suffered as a result. Also, what about moving the House stage indoors so that it can run the length of the night. Sucks that there is no house music after midnight when that lawn area is rocking when it gets shutdown. Also what about using the builiding that had the bands at EDC 05. Its a nice BIG room w/ potential that hasnt been used much at either event.
