Wicked vibes last night, it was back to biz for The Blvd. Sound was cool outside, sound was cool inside.
Back room was cool.

Definately a great party.....Spor was off tha hook !!! Nice job Werd & Re:pete, Got me some kickass pix of the girls posing with Spor....whatta guy! I'll try to post some Asap...

It was great to play in the breaks area to a predominantly Drum & Bass crowd...Coniption in L.A. was the first time for us, and this was a nice follow up.
You guys definately showed Derek Andrew & I some LOVE...We had that patio poppin'...

WOW that was a tight party!!
The renovations at the BLVD look amazing! Spor tore it up like crazy.
Too bad I was stuck working the door for so long, I really wanted to catch the early sets in the night... but no worries, all for the greater good!
Definately a great night for the BLVD's first real show since they got their liquor license back. It's safe to say I didn't officially get twisted again until the afterparty. It was nice to have so many homies show up afterwards too. Thanks to Indentation for rocking the after hours! Three words man "Bass... that hurts!" LMFAO

OMG.. that was the best way to celebrate a bday ever.. thank you to all of my freinds that came out to cellebrate with me.. sercurity was a little rough but i did have it coming.. i was very rick james...

In addition to that it was just brought to my attention how I was acting... totally embarresed now.. and I want to publicly announce my full apologies to Dubl G .. RFX .. and the Blvd for any problems that I may gve caused you as a result of to much celebrating.. I am truely sorry for everything and hope that there is no hard feelings

the night was awesome. the breakz in the back by JQ was dope. it brought me back to my dancing days in seattle and SPOR of course wrecked shop with his hard dropping bass lines. all in all the party rocked out for sure!!!

The breaks room is always off the hook...hard to mess that up.

I feel bad I missed RFX and Circuit's set, but I hear they killed that s**t as excpected.

Jason held in down proper..it's too bad Deacon couldn't make it.

Spor came through with an amazing set as expected, but yes, im my opinion too, the mc's did drown him out...i was a little dissapointed. Big up's to Repete and Werd, they are much respected, but mic control could've been a lot better.

Regardless of what went down with the crowd or crazy drunk people, security from The Blvd. were complete dicks from the get go. They were just lookin for anything to give them a reason to manhandle someone. I for one, will never go back to that venue. Sorry.

Big up and much respect to Rob from Re:Search and Creative Kasualties for overall throwing an amazing and unforgettable evening.

Thanks to everyone that came out the night was simply amazing.

As for everyone and their thoughts and complaints about the venue and security and other issues know I will work hard to have some changes made so that everyone will have a way more enjoyable time.

The club has been completely remodeled and is more of a night club now then a sports bar plush couches throughout the entire club and lower lighting make it a hot spot. The spot is primed and ready and after the new years will be under some new management which will in turn follow with new security.

Unfortunatlly I was in the front booth most of the night and I did not see many of the incidents that happened accept things at the front door. I will be on the floor at all times at every show from now on as to many problems arise without my presence. If you have an issue youd like addressed find me and Ill fix it. Please dont fight with the security if they tell you to do something just do it and come find me. The behind the turntables vip that is now available at the blvd is not a dancing stage, just because your involved with the show in any way does not give you the right to stand on stage and dance around or even hang out. Its my frickin club and I never stand on stage I stand in the crowd to show the DJ support and that is respect!! If you are a friend of someone that is to drunk PLEASE escort them out to their car and sober them up. If you need a cab just ask but dont be surprised that you are being escorted out of a club if you cant handle yourself in a proper manner. Ive been thrown out of my own club for being an ass and as hard as it is to let go when your drunk and listen to security they are the sober ones and they know whats going on so dont fight them.

The Hat issue, I will personally get that ruled changed imedietly.

Front door issues!!! These are not charity events your not all on the lsit cause its someones birthday and if your mad at me cause I made you pay tuff s**t. Me and RFX and the blvd paid for this show and we ALLOWED someone to have their birthday their for FREE picture on the flyer and everything. So get the thought I get in free everywhere cause of who I am out of your mind its not a proer way to think. I normally always pay for all promoters shows it shows respect and support for your scene and if you cant understand that I dont know what to tell you.

The issue with ins and outs, when I booked this show it was before their suspension and I was told it would be allowed. Well the law is the law and do you think the venue gives a crap about our show and would Jepordize a 30 million dollar venue so that you can freely get wasted in your car hell no. But give it sometime and the rule will switch back granted good behavior.

The blvd is a great venue and is a venue that has a lot of options for our genre of music why wed want to destroy that is beyond me. But ive had my rant again I have listened to everyones comments and will strive to make things better for the next show at the Blvd:

i had a good time, happy birthday nick. i missed all the drama but im sure itll all work itself out. thanks to rob and gabe for putting this together. it was fun to play b2b with rfx for the first time. jason killed it and spor played some great tunes. repete and werd held the mic down proper, these guys make a good team.

Man, I got to give it up to Rob, Gabe, Shannon, Brandon and every one else involved for putting this show on. Thank you for allowing FTE to host the patio with breaks. Definitly some good times.

As far as everything that I have read and everyon's comments go, The Blvd has been the home to FTE for the past 3 yrs and we have seen almost all of it. The party was a solid party, The Blvd security were just doing their job.

Everyones gotta remember 1 thing (and this is to everyone in general), how you carry yourself up to the club (checking id's), while your in the club and then till the time you leave (closing) will depict (sp?) on how the security treats you and everyone else for that matter. I mean, FTE had 630 people in the building at our last Inferno and it was a smooth night with no complaints.

Come, party, drink up and enjoy the party (without getting out of hand) and there will be no problems. It's as easy as that.

Other than that, once again thank you to all involved for a fun event.

got there a bit late courtesy of the dept. of transportation practically closing the 15, but got there just to hear the last bit of circuit and rfx...sounded good from what i heard...had fun playing, and spor def dropped some choons...lovinn' the acid bits!!!...thanks for having me on the bill i had fun
