STEP UP__OC dnb__1/13/07
WoW!!!!!
What can i say oother than that. Last night was another night of good ole south county d&b madness that i couldnt be more happy to be a part of. Thanks to all the homies for rollin thru and to all the new faces i met as well. EXCELLENT turnout. Every dj from beginning to end absolutley murdered it!!!!!!! Thanks to Miyuki, Tabu, Devoe, Calculon, Traverse, Kemst, and J tec for holdin it down like champs like we knew they would. And a very special thanks to DublG, Mixtress, and Garva for doing an amazing job with the sound and killin it on the dex as well. 
Mr Werd unfortunatly couldnt be here for this event (in Hawaii with the Mrs), but he'll be very happy to know that this went off as well as it did when he gets home....considering this guy has been promoting his ass off for this.
One love to the drum n bass community.

i had the most fun i have had in a long time and was very impressed with the turn out of this event
Travers should have got a better slot... i have a feeling we will be seeing much more of him... hommie riiinses and i will def be hiting him up to play one of our shows for suuuuure
Big up to gabe on the sound maintence and spinning a rad set with mixtress i heart FTE..also jtec got that crowd movin...
Calculon and devoe had me grinning the whole time.. wicked mixing and track selection and the mc with your guys set was gettin thingsw poppin fo shoo
Miyuki and Tabu.. woooooooooooh
and big up Kemst for locking that wonderful mc style

Last night was dope!! The place was crazy packed. The dj's killed it, all the homies were there it was fun can't wait for the next one! Leave it to drew to promote his ass of for his party and then not be able to make it, buahahhaha. did anyone else catch the show outside, "Southside chino-hills/east long beach/ La "M" connection WHAT!?! or i should say, QUE??" buahahahaha. but seriously last night was dope big ups drew on another good show and props Steady, Frenchi and Nick for stepping in and running the show for ya boy. |

big ups to everyone who put this show together, mister hawaii, frenchie, everyone!
when we showed up the place was already filling in nicely. very stoked to see all the people at the spot!!! and rocking the decks with devoe was a pleasure - tons of fun!!!!! i played a bunch of tracks i haven't played in a long time for some good old fashioned fun. big ups to the mcs for keeping the crowd hyped.
great to see everyone!!! and of course tabu and miyuki KILLED IT!!!!!!!!!! ruff, rugged, and relentless

1st off my extreme apologies to the promoters/crowd/djs for the issues with the sound system. After careful examination it appears we have a problem with a turntable or the mixer. I thank everyone for being so patient I promise next time there will not be an issue this isnt normally how I run things and I was kind of embarassed I promise ill make it up to all the bass heads in the near future.
On a good note the spot was jumpin!!!
All the DJ's and MC's killed it!!!
The crowd was fun/responsive and having a great time which is always awesome to see!!
