that was one of the best, well organized, most fun events i have been to in a long time!!!! getting in looked very trying, but i heard the line moved fast and efficiently. the outlay of where the dnb area was, was awesome. i liked that it was like in a big long corner. kept the bass resonating between the walls of the coliseum and the vendor structures on the other. the best view was looking down into the coliseum onto the trance area (dizzzzam). i actually went there and sat for 30 minutes in the bleachers and watched the crowd (then i fell asleep only to wake up to Dave (Eecue) like "Chris u okay", ha (had to catch some winks). Marky was the best dnb s**t of the nite. He is so animated and that scratch routine he puts on, i wish he could somehow unplug the turntable (but it somehow still work) and take that s**t right in front of the crowd cause i don't think those kids could really see how incredible that s**t is! Anyways yeah then Zinc came on and mashed it! My mc idol (not to orbit his nutz) Dynamite killed it!!! So versitile and so appropriate to rhyme when need be and to hype when need be and to just let it ride when need be. I think in the "last 5 minutes" Zinc literally did play 12 tunes. By the final song the stage was like an ol skool Wu Tang concert (seems like 400 peeps on stage just dancing). Good ass times, that was a lifetime experience event. i have no complaints (hell even the bathrooms were hella clean)! |

yes i saw the Peroni and was looking for some complimentary Lasagna and spicy sausages! ohh and the maps when u first walked in were a nice touch cause i was lost trying to find the dnb area for like 10 minutes till i saw kids rolling around with maps... |

I've been to many large scale electronic music events in north, central/south america over the past 11 years. Last night was the most well organized / successful event i've ever witnessed. Lots of hard work and logistics went into this production. Best of all, it was a very good time. Thanks for everything P and F...

EDC, was f**kin insane yo'! the crown inside was huge, it was like a sea of people, reminded me a lil of coachella fest, [just a lil] it was soo good to be chillin with everyone, just experienceing all the great music, i always miss everyone when i leave LA.. i'm soo happy i ended up going, it's always a great experience! and i def agree with chris that being on stage with zinc was awesome as well!!! great,great times indeed!!! |

I do have to agree with XYZ^^^^
For me it was my 5th EDC...
Have to say the layout,Production,VIPArea and DJs was top notch...they just keep raising the bar!!
Held a strong BUZZ all night courtacey(spellcheck that s**t...lol) of VIP!!
Will not go any other way now... VIP baby!
Music was awesome and all performers were very strong, keep me dancing and bobbing my head all night!!
Fuk at one point i was up in the trees in the DnB area, during Pendalum, just having a mind fuk...
Good stuff once again....

Anyone know if Nocturnal will be at the same spot with the same setup etc? And why is Giant involved with Insomniac on that one? They don't need Giant's help. Giant doesn't even acknowledge DnB!!! |

Damn that place was poppin! Krafty Kuts with Dynamite was ill, so was Stanton Warriors. Marky killed it as usual and Zinc was dope too. All in all a fun night. |

ohhh another highlight was the tub of Red Vines (fuk Twizzlers) on stage. I think i ate 40 throughout the nite... there is a pic of me with a mic in one hand and a handful of redvines in the other, ha! |

1st things 1st - so much better than NOS events center for it was downtown and a lot closer for some of us
- jungle area had proper talent and production and sound and it was the best area by far - this event belongs in that location with this layout - good job on that one too - perfect for the venue (once you figured out where the hell everything was) - nice one |

The D&B area was smackin!
Same with the Breaks area.. Krafty & Dynamite - boh!
Trance area got horrid reviews from our friends who went for Oakenfold (dunno if it was the sound or his set but our all our friends who were in the colosium wanted their money back unitl ABOVE AND BEYOND came on - BIG up the Anjuna Beats!)..
Carnival rides were dope..
And the unicorns were chill too!

Amazing party! extremely well organized. As soon as I saw the long ass line, I was scared of the wait. But damn that line was a breeze and the security was mad chill. The sound in the dnb room....phenomenal! the sight of the crowd at the coliseum was breathtaking.
oh and zinc's set *sigh*

I had so much fun!!! Best rave ahhh I mean festival I've been to in I don't know how many years! The location was sick so much better then the Orange show. Don't think I've ever said this before but this party was definetly worth 50/60 bucks ! Walkin into the coliseum and seeing all those people dancing was AMAZING! Can't wait for Nocturnal! |

EDC twas fun. Silver, Marky, Zinc were insane good. The bass was just insane (I think my ears were bleeding).
Oakenfold was bleh. Deep Dish and Hernan Cattaneo were dope. Above and Beyond put me to sleep.
Lee Coombs wasn't playing breaks.
Chuck Love is the freaking man. Mark Farina is absolute crap.
I saw SPR for all of 10 minutes.
