Yesterday was the biz...haven't missed one I LOVE LA and don't plan to....Everything was on point as usual, dj's rocked it...Circut and Whizard are my heroes.... Hey Circut not sure if this has been brought up before but, if you haven't already you might want to put a ring on Lauren's finger..she is super cute and can bake...what else could you ask for.

Great great times!!! Man in the beginning that sun and heat was relentless. All rooms were knocking. Great to see my homie Nightstalker in full swing. Props to like the 10 peeps from San Diego who drove or took the train up just for this event. DJ Trance coming on was a treat and so was Capital J (s**t i was surprised). This is easily one of my favorite events. Much props to Tonz of Drumz and Ghetto Life, boys doing it big!!! |

90 degree Temp. and a packed house during the day on a Sunday Afternoon. ON behalf of Tonz of Drumz, Ghetto Life, & Steel Lions we are so grateful for all of the support we have received since starting these day parties. So many DJ's, Mc's, and promoters have donated their time and energy all for the love of the scene. Which also allows us to charge only 5 bucks which covers the fliers and sound. Where else can you get 30 Dj's, 10 Mc's, & 3 Areas of Sound for 5 bucks. So from the bottom of my heart I thank each and every artist for performing and believing in us. Would also like to thank every "BODY" that walked through that door and straight to the dancefloor. So many smiling faces and good vibes were all over the place. Oh yeah and those cookies......DAMN!!! When you see Lauren you need to thank her for all of her hard work. Those cookies are so tasty......you cant even taste the secret ingredient. Cant count how many people were hype and jumping around up in front and after the giveaway were nowhere to be seen. hahaha

Oh yeah and talk about a trip in a time machine. For all of you old school headz out there I know you had to go crazy with some of the heavy old skool original bass tunes that Dj Trance (aka Jason Blakemore) was playing. He definitely blew the dust off his old crate and pulled out some rasclot classics. The man has not played a jungletechno record for at least 14 years and killed it on stage as if he had never left the scene. I have much respect for this True Legend in the GAme. |

The man is a robot when it comes to performing. He is amazing when it comes to scratching and doubles. Flawless........
Another Huge Artist that did it for the love of the Music. Big Respect to one of my old friends that made a special guest appearance. CAPITOL J.......One of the TRue kings of Hip HOp Junglism. I remember when he made his very first visit to Los Angeles about 7-8 years ago. All it took was a couple of days hanging with us in East L.A. and I took him to get his first Tattoo. hahaha Not even a week with the Ghetto Life crew and he was already getting inked up. Now thats some history. |

The I Love LA parties are always so much fun, just really good vibes and all the proper LA talent you love to see... Plus all the homies are in full effect
and I always end up with a belly ache from laughing SO hard! I love the way those cookies make me laugh, wow. I think i gain about 3 pounds each time i make them cause they're just SO damn tastey! and then i laugh it off
I'm beyond happy to be able to contribute my baking to such a fun party, (and i love playing with lots of pot!!!) I'm glad everyone enjoyed them. Again, thx to the generous provider!!!

Wow, that was a DOPE party!!! My ears are still ringing like a mofo! I had a permagrin the minute I walked through the door until the minute I left. I was stoked to see that they had Strawberry Stoli...it's so good with sprite! Not as good as LAuren's cookies though...wow. |

didnt get ther til like 630 or so, which was fine cause i still got to see Trance before my set, but i missed out on the cookies, again 
had a great time rockin it with my two favorite aztec warriors the heavy hittahz. probably my favorite producers right now, so i was obviously stoked to learn id be going b2b with them.
