GREAT night from start to finish.
Got there early to catch PWN's dubstep set...really got things off to a heavy start.
Clutch and Natural MC threw damn a slammin old school set.
Rob n Faust's old school hip hop set upstairs was somethin else! great work guys!
and of course Calyx and Teebee threw down (imo) some of the best dnb you can imagine. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Place was slam PACKED! |

OH WOW !!!! Last night was INSANE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes Faust' set was so ill !!! Not only was he playin oldschool hiphop but he was also droppin sum of that old school funk! I wish I could have cought Rob and Clutch's set but I had rehersal =[
Walked in at 12:30 ....and I knew as soon as I opened the door and felt the crazy heat wave that the house was RAMMED PACKED. But damn ! You could bearly walk in there let alone shake yer a$$ or try to dance. heh move bitch get out the way... CALYX and TEEBEE were amazing ! Dude last night was the s**t ! I had such a great time... I think I saw everyone and their mom and their mom's mom there. lol Such an ill vibe last night.... best Respect in a loooong time

i just want to start off by first thanking respect for bringing out such great talent!
i was soooooo happy when we finally got there! turned into over 2 hours of driving but damn well worth the trip.
was really feeling the old-skool up on the patio.all that was needed was a bbq!
clutch and mc natural were sick!!!
but seeing larry really made the night for me. him and teebee going b2b was frickin awesome. slammin tunes man!

Gawddamn that was a RESPECT for the record books right there. Seriously man i CAN NOT leave upstairs when there is good hip hop playing. Rob and Faust THREW IT FUKKIN' DOWN!!!!!!! Head nodd central up there. Yes and FAUST taking it to the ol skool FUNK just sealed the deal (please more hip hop upstairs on a regular, hehehehe). Anyways i pryed myself to go downstairs and TEEBEE and CALYX were killing it!!! That reinforced sound was totally the touch too. So many cool heads in the house, met some really dope people too. Super props to JUSTIN also, that dood doesn't get enough credit, but seriously i got madd respect for him (esp. too cause he has no desire to dj, mc, produce, but simply to push & give great music to the people). Upstairs was crackin' ... just in case i didn't mention it, ha!!! |

such a good time was had by myself at respect! calyx and teebee b2b...f**kin' 'ell! both are incredible inspirations and they threw a dope ass set down. was also able to catch clutch when i came in. another great set! very nice to also see homies! respect is the homie magnet on thursday lol. also, while not as incredible an inspiration as calyx and teebee...the sushi was, as always, on point. |

I heard it wasn't all that at Respect. However it went, I'm sure it was better then their time here.
They flew here [Albuquerque] Friday. Teebee has a thing for breakfast.
I danced my ass off when they finally went on. I love Calyx's energy. It was really dope to see both of them go rock it.
