seriously heavy night. benga and hatcha are the best UK djs that i have seen be brought over. they HANDLED the crowd. Not to mention The professionals, 12th planet and emu killing the dance as well.

such an amazing time last night! LA proves itself as a world class dubstep city - that party was exploding!
benga & hatcha had a great time, just blown away by the experience. pure filth soundsystem nothing but weighty bizness! gotta big up the professionals (happy birthday pablo!) for a heavy set, you guys killed it. 12th Planet rocking so many new dubs! and ig up to Emu for kickin things off.
and the after party was wicked! the venue owners had a great time, good music, good crowd, nice and mellow and sociable - Unit and Knyphy rocked the party - great to see breakage and pablo bless the decks. we partied til 5:30 am

I took a friend to this show who recently got out of a long relationship and he's a old school raver that hasnt been to a show in 7 years. He even still has turntables and old dnb vinyl that he never touches. on the way to smog we were making jokes about needing to get glow sticks so we could get our rave on. the after party made the night even more spectacular!
not only did I have a wonderful time as usual... i realized how cool it is for people who havent experienced it yet.
