daaaang! a totally new experience that i knew was going to be fun but it was truly a freaken blast. being on the riverboat at night made me feel like i was on a dnb version of fantasmic haha. good tunes, great friends, and strong ass drinks - couldn't have asked for more except maybe more bass! super glad i got there early cos i heard it hit capacity and peeps were left behind. sucks to be them! anyway...congrats on a job well done and thanks as usual for the goodtimes, JP!!

Yeah that was pretty awesome how they charged us for tickets AFTER they knew nobody else could get on, then refused to give us refunds and left about 30 people standing at the gate to the dock. I'll have to remember that trick next time I wanna ruin somebody's Saturday night.

Inside, the party was spectacular - f**kin' amazing nite for sure. I could go on and on about how much fun I had.

Hope all the kinks get worked out, because they should DEFINITELY do this again! Too fun not to.

WOW. I knew i definitly couldnt go without missing this and yes, this party was just as good as we all thought it would be. Thanks to No-Face and the rest of the Platoon for throwin something different from the norm and showing all of us one hell of a good time. I had a BLAST.

on another note i am very sorry to hear what happened to all that got ripped off for there money, thats pretty f**ked up.

i straight up sprinted from my car about 3 blocks to get there after hearing it reached capacity to try and salvage the experience. oh well better luck next time, hope everybody had a blast

i had a great time! the hip hop upstairs was the s**t! and the platoon was rinsin' the inside of the boat. what a cool experience it was, apart from me smacking whizard's drink out of his hand. (my hand subconsciously knew that steve had had enough...it was a plea for help)

that was so good.
that was like one of the funnest parties ever... I kept saying to people: "where on a f'ki'n boat! in the middle of the water!
the boat was moving
the people were moving, totally digging the scene. very positive good vibes... All kind of new people, finally got some of my friends to come out and they totally loved it. Good to see the heads. Good good times.

the only problem is that it ended way too soon... People were so HYped afterward that it was a near riot - not of anger but of just feeling good - the crowd walking back to the parking was like a "roving party"... It was hilarious! People were just soo high of that experience

steady mentioned it above, but i also gotta big up the selections all nite. seriously vibin' music comin' from the jp camp. it was nice to have a change of pace, and hear some liquid, dancy, classic, older tunes alongside the bangers. great mix of good drum & bass... i was dancin' my ass off.

Got turned away along with alot of other peeps.
But the s**t looked bangin!
Heard it was a blast.
Guess i gotta show up a lil earlier, i just thought 45 mins after it opened would be a good time.

i got there at 10:50 (we just barely made it before the ladies in free til 11 deal was over), and we all got in with no problem, and so did a ton of people behind us.... and our friends that showed up a little after 11 also made it in...

I dont understand how someone who showed up after me could have gotten in, especially since the 30 or so people ahead of me didnt get in to.

Im just glad it went off for everyone who actually made it inside.

I still think you are slightly fuzzy on the time.

I got in line at 10:49 with about 20-30 peeps in front of me, got to the front a few minutes before 11 - the ladies just barely got in free.

But, about five minutes after i stepped in line, the line doubled - maybe tripled, you must have barely missed the window...

Sorry ya didn't make it homie. Hopefully they do another one so all the peeps that missed out get another chance.

ok now that im fully recovered.. HAHAHAH s**t was OFF the hook man.. i got there at like 1015 and diddent seem to wait that long. . im sorry others got denied.

i do hope that they do more DnB nights there.. now that they know that DnB brings more peeps then all the other nights they have im sure it will come back.. Thanks to full moon collective for bringin out the JP and MAAAD MAAAAD Propps to Paul for rippin the upstairs.. you have soo many tight rocords and always play such a fun set.... I LOVED IT..

i do have to say that because the cruise is only 2hrs long it seemed to fly by way to fast. We docked back at 130 and they were already kicking people out.. 2 hrs is just NOT enuff.. well train them to let us stay longer..hahah

i will be there at the next one fosho!OH And bit ups to the preparty massive.. WOOHOO!

They do it with rock bands all the time, like Jam Cruise in Florida.

agreed that it ended way too early...and what a hot mess of people on the way out (including myself)! i think we lost chrisk like 5 times - half the boat was looking for his ass! hahaha OH, and i wasn't too thrilled on seeing the cops waiting for us in the parking structure...

first of all, on behalf of me and the full moon collective, we would love to thank each and everyone who came out to the boat party!! i wanted to say to the few people that didn't get on the boat and paid please get at me or the full moon collective to work it out... this event was one of our most successful nights! we actually had to turn 40 - 50+ people away. while the boat can fit more people the ratio of security to patrons was maxed. we didn't anticipate the throngs! we are definitely having another dnb night soon w/added security to remedy this problem. however, in the future we recommend you arrive early to guarantee your space on the boat! thanks again to all those who showed support, and we look forward to working with junglist platoon for another memorable night on the water!

btw - thank qwana parker and no face (cesar) for coming up w/the idea of merging dnb with full moon collective's riverboat parties. full moon has been working these boat parties for about a year now, and they work hard to bring great djs and live acts to the beautiful waterside scenery of LB. BIG THANKS go out to roman vibe, the almighty nectar, stepdaddy, and the rest of full moon for making these nights happen!

LOL hahahah the guy who got arrested was wasted!

i saw him try and make out with the older lady security guard (like late 40's) at the end when we were docking and he got checked hard! i went up to her after and tol her that hes been f**kin with alot of ladies.. she tol me that he was gonna get his and not to worry...

when the cops were talking to him she tol me that theywanted to talk to me to get a statement.. i had to tel her that nothing happend to me but i will find my girls tell them to talk to the cops...

as s soon as i left one of my friends friend was walking off the boat and i guess he lost his balance and fell over and hit his head right on the railing in front of the cops BWAHAHHAHA he hit HARD and he kept saying he was ok..

yeah they asked me to give a statement to the cops as well, but i didn't actually see the fight or anything that led to him being cuffed.

that being said, he was drunk from the time he got there and he kept on drinking.

anybody know this guy? i hope he's feeling better and he didn't get in too much trouble!
