hmm.. i felt like the tent was a bad idea.. the lighting was annoying and there was smoke trapped inside making it hard to breathe.. the sound had too much high end, too much feedback from the emcees.. can't say much about the bass cuz we only stood in one part.. maybe it was the wrong time to be there but we weren't feelin it.. bummer.. dieselboy's mixing and energy was ON POINT tho
on the other end.. sasha & digweed were amazing.. massive tribal tunes.. minimal and hard hitting
deadmau5 in the other area simply KILLED IT.. he was using what looked like ableton live to control his set.. amazing!
later on, ferry corsten closed out the main arena til 4:30 with amazing trance/techno combinations that i will never forget.. great party, it went by soo fast.. sucks that the 2nd entrance was closed to early.. all in all a great time!!! |

man, what can i say. from subflo setting the sound system on fire. (literaly) to the evol hommies basically tearing down the place. this night was defintily one of the best nye's i have had in a long time. happy b-day to mr silver. if only i can comment on what happened afterwards O_O. looking forward to what the br and insomniac fam has in store for '08.
