If you didn't go, you missed out.
Sinistarr blew up the spot with some HEAVY-groove minimal funk bizness. SUPER impressed with this guy.
And Joey, the eat-your-heart-out-DJ-Collette of drum and bass.  Never ceases to amaze me with the ridiculously tight mixes and brilliant selection. I'm so stoked to hear this old curmudgeon inspired again... the new s**t was bangin'.
I heard Living Proof and Dubsky rocked it, but missed their set - sorry guys! What I caught of Soulidify was a lot of great programming and awesome tunes.
Great vibe, and the system smashed the venue to bits. |

Big big thanks to everyone that made it out on Friday. We new it was a huge risk throwing a party on the 4th of July and although this wasn't our biggest turn out it was definitely one of our best events yet! Soulidify, Sinistarr and Joey brought some serious heat to the decks. It was great seeing people I don't get to see enough of... Laura, Andy, Ernie, David, Lisa and of course Jeremy and the whole PPR crew. Thanks again for an amazing night, stateside dnb is coming up strong! |

I was suprised how close the venue was....newhall sounds like its going to be far but not a bad drive. I was sorry to miss livingproof.. did catch half of soulidify's set and all of sinistar's set. That place pours a mean f**king drink tho and being that I don't drink that much anymore, it floored me enough to leave earlier than expected...so no jo-s for me.. but I did get to catch him on the mic.
I got a FEW pics and they are ok, considering the state I was in :X hehe. Good vibes, good to see faces I hadn't seen in a minute. I will fo sho go back to Native, nice venue.. stiff drinks and lovely energy.

THIS NIGHT WAS SO MUCH F'N FUN! Serious good memories, decently priced drinks, and a bitch even took her pantalones off!

what a fantastic night of music!! everybody was on point.. the drinks were strong.. people were happy and the vibe was thick.. 4th level & ppr reppin' to the FULLEST.. those that were there get the ultimate props from me.. it was great to have SO many close like-minded music lovers out to hear OUR stuff.. glad we have such a tightknit scene, even if we do only hang out a few times a year together.. this definitely made up for lost time!! it was an evening of- perfect junglist funk
